COMMUNITIES

Labels & Governance

Q-Vortex* Nodes are not just technical units — they are local governance cells built around a logic of community responsibility.

Each Node operates under a Community Label, a shared set of rules that define:

  • Water access rights
  • Basic maintenance and reporting duties
  • A system of incentives or tariff adjustments based on responsible water use (conservation, recycling, water quality, etc.)

Thanks to the system’s design, each Node can be maintained locally, upgraded, or repaired without dependence on heavy industrial infrastructure. This ensures autonomy, resilience, and trust, rooted in the responsible management of water as a common good.
